I am new to the world, the bread machine and did a lot of research before buying this X20 ZO from Amazon. I could not believe how easy it is to make bread in this machine and have the results come out so great. Another thing that impressed me is the lack of mess and ease of cleaning. I had a difficult time making up my mind between the X20 and TR4000 Breadman's. After determining that the TR4000 still had one kneeder I went with the X20, even though people have said that ZO still used the same non-stick, interior coating. After receiving the machine and use many times I do not think that the finish will cause any problems if treated as directed. I must say it was a great experience to wake up at 6 am to oder of bread, the last was to have the fresh, warm bread with the coffee, my husband was totally impressed. Every inch of this car seems to be of superior quality.
I loved the model bbccv20 the Zojirushi bread machine, but have had for many years. When this came out again I was excited to step up and buy because of the two menu functions homemade. Are intolerant to gluten (Celiac diease), so I make my bread with different types of gluten free. I have owned several cars for the bread of others in the past and that just did not get the right bread without gluten. Zojirushi is incredible. The bread comes out beautifully. It 'easy to use home made menu function and since you can store two recipes you can use your favorites. I like the non-stick pan and form. It 'a great car.
My father loves to cook. It is also completely blind. My husband and I had the inspiration that a bread machine could make a good gift for him. We knew it would be easy to use, easy to clean, and able to handle whole wheat bread (his favorite). After examining various machines on-line, we chose the Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme. My father was praising the car on an almost daily basis since then! The Zo 'handles whole wheat bread without any problems at all, who churns out perfect bread loaf after perfect. He feels the keys slightly raised control, and the sequence of basic baking bread is very easy for him to remember (just a press of two buttons). The beeps you hear when it's time to add ingredients like nuts is also very useful. Clean up is very easy, even for a blind man. Had the opportunity to experiment with all sorts of made-up recipe since Christmas, and is astonished by the capacity of the machine to turn all that he has thrown in a perfectly mixed, perfectly browned bread loaves of delicious. E 'was found a lot of help to eat the bread too!
